Refund Policy

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and with tags. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@walkawayqueen.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Please note that we do not accept items sent back without prior authorization.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon delivery and notify us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action.

Please be aware that certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. This includes perishable goods (such as food or flowers), custom products, personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any concerns about returning a specific item, please reach out to us.

For exchanges, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item to ensure a faster process.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take an additional 2-5 days for your bank to process and post the refund.
